I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Florence. The location was absolutely excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the town center. The area was bustling and full of life, making it a fantastic base for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the rooms were comfortable and clean, with fresh, crisp sheets. The breakfast each morning was a highlight, with very good cappuccino and a nice selection of food. I thoroughly enjoyed my week here and was sorry to leave.
All was perfect during my stay at this hotel.

The hotel's location was perfect, being very close to all the big attractions in the city. It was just a short walk to the train station and within walking distance to the famous historical sights, market, and restaurants. the room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering complimentary fresh orange juice upon arrival.
The common area used by the owners at night, which was so close to the room, could be a bit noisy and disruptive.

The hotel was in a perfect location, so close to all the major sites. We could easily walk to the Duomo cathedral and other tourist attractions. The room was spacious and the breakfast served at the hotel was good. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel had free WiFi, which was a great convenience for our teens.
The WiFi connection was not good, which was a bit inconvenient during our stay.

This hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to most attractions in a bustling little neighborhood. The rooms are kept very clean, with an additional small bedroom for families. The breakfast is delicious, with amazing cappuccino made to order.
No improvement necessary, everything was perfect.
